Refund & Cancellation

Effective Date: 1st October 2025

At Satyesh Retirement Home, we strive to provide our residents and guests with transparent policies for booking and cancellations.

1. Short-Term Stay (Up to 15 Days)

• The full amount paid shall be forfeited if the applicant cancels the stay.

2. Long-Term Stay (More Than 1 Month)

• If the applicant provides a one (1) month written notice expressing the desire to discontinue, no cancellation charge will be applied.
• If no one-month notice is given, a one (1) month rent must be deposited as cancellation charge.

3. Cancellation by Management

• The Management reserves the right to cancel any stay immediately if the guest breaches terms or conditions mentioned in the application form or website.
• In such cases, no refund will be initiated.
